7.5 COMPETITIONS
7.5.1 If you register for any competitions offered via this Website, the competition rules set out in this Clause 7.5, together with any other specific entry instructions or rules posted on this Website by Sonic Games and these User Terms (together the "Competition Rules"), shall apply.
7.5.2 All competitions, promotions, prizes or other give-aways offered by Sonic Games from this Website ("Competitions") are only open to individuals who are aged over 18 or have parental consent and are resident in the UK.
7.5.3 All Entrants must register for the relevant Competitions by giving their correct name and address together with their email address. By registering for the relevant Competitions, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the provisions contained within these Terms and Conditions.
7.5.4 For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, you acknowledge that in the course of entering a Competition on this Website, where you have given consent by ticking the appropriate boxes upon registration, certain personal information or data about you will be captured electronically or otherwise and transmitted to Sonic Games. By entering into any Competition, you expressly agree to transfer such personal information or data to Sonic Games to use, store and process the personal information for the purposes of such Competition on this Website. Please check our privacy policy and refer to the registration page for your right to opt out of receiving information from Sonic Games.
7.5.5 By registering for any Competitions, you agree to the use of your name and photographs for publicity material in any Sonic Games publications in any media, including allowing your name to be published on the Website if you are a prize winner.
7.5.6 Unless specifically stated, no purchase is necessary to enter any competitions on the Website.
7.5.7 Prizes are as stated in the Competitions' details on the Website.
7.5.8 Sonic Games will not offer cash alternatives in whole or in part for any prizes offered.
7.5.9 An Entrant may only win one prize per Competition. Entries to any competitions are limited to one per household.
7.5.10 All entries become the absolute property of Sonic Games and will not be returned to Entrants unless otherwise stated by Sonic Games on the Website.
7.5.11 Fraudulent, illegible, multiple or incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified and no responsibility can be accepted by Sonic Games for any delayed, lost or misplaced entries.
7.5.12 The promoter reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any promotion which it considers has used improper technical means to enter or play the game.
7.5.13 Sonic Games reserves the right without notice to you, to remove any Competitions from the Website or to suspend or alter any Competitions on the Website, at its sole discretion for legal or technical reasons. Sonic Games will give Entrants as much notice as possible prior to taking any of the actions described in this clause by posting such notice to the Website, but prior notice may not always be feasible.
7.5.14 Competitions are run subject to English law. Sonic Games makes no representation that the Competitions comply with the law of any other country other than the United Kingdom or that any prizes offered in Competitions are appropriate for use, or are legally able to be offered, in any other country. Those who choose to enter any Competitions on the Website are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations if and to the extent they are applicable.
7.5.15 Any time of delivery is an estimate only in respect of the delivery to an Entrant of any prize in any Competitions and Sonic Games shall not be liable for any late delivery of the prizes or any loss or damage caused as a result.
7.5.16 Winners will be notified by post or email after the closing date given for the Competitions on the Website, when Sonic Games will give you details of how and when to claim your prize.
7.5.17 Every effort will be made to supply the awards stated.
7.5.18 No responsibility can be accepted by Sonic Games for the quality and/or suitability of any prizes provided by third parties.
7.5.19 Competitions are open to all, excluding employees, friends and family of employees, agents, or any persons professionally connected with Sonic Games.

7.6 KUKU COMPETITION

7.6.1. Registration of a kuku token unique code is required for all access to the online kuku vault game
7.6.2 Multiple kuku tokens can be purchased and registered under one person
7.6.3 Only 1 main prize per kuku token is permissable. Kuku token codes are locked out for each valid prize reward claimed. Players can also collect 1 extra prize by finding and solving hidden puzzles within the vault. Players can use the full 5 minutes to find as many hidden prizes as they can, but only the last hidden prize found will be valid. You can not go back and select a previous hidden prize once you have discovered another. Players must search for hidden prizes prior to selecting a deposit box (where they will receive their main prize), as the game will end as soon as they select a deposit box. If a player collects a hidden prize, but fails to select a deposit box within the 5 minute time limit, all prizes will be null and void and the player will be locked out from the vault for 48 hours.
7.6.4 Players that complete the game may need to demonstrate how they worked out the answer, so that these can be verified prior to sending out any prize. Failure to do so, could invalidate your request for a prize.
7.6.5 A restricted 5 minutes period in allowed once inside the vault to claim a prize
7.6.6 A 48 hour lockout period will be applied to any kuku token holder that fails to redeem a prize within the 5 minute period inside the vault
7.6.7 Should the vault be unoccupied at any time then any kuku holder that has solved the active vault code will be allowed access to the vault
7.6.8 The first prize selected within the vault carried out by a kuku token holder is deemed as final and there will be no option to change the prize selected.
7.6.9 Should an internet connection fail to connect or timeout whilst a kuku holder is in the vault then Sonic Games will not be held responsible and the vault will need to be re-accessed at the earliest opportunity. If the 48 hour period is applied then the kuku holder will need to wait for the time period to expire.
7.6.10 Sonic Games Limited can at any time change or update the rules of the Kuku vault game should it be deemed neccesary.
7.6.11 Each player will be entitled to 1 free guess every 7 days.
7.6.12 Each player will also be able to purchase Code Credits which will entitle them to an additional 10 guesses every 7 days.
7.6.13 Each week we will reveal 2 digits of the picture puzzle code. These will be allocated randomly. A maximum of 8 digits will be revealed.

8 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RIGHT TO USE
8.1 You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Website shall remain at all times vested in us. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us.
8.2 You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

10 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
10.1 WHILE WE WILL USE REASONABLE ENDEAVOURS TO VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION WE PLACE ON THE WEBSITE, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED IN RELATION TO ITS ACCURACY.

11 SEVERANCES
12.1 If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.

12 WAIVER
12.1 Nothing shall be construed as a waiver by us of any preceding or succeeding breach of any provision.

13 SURVIVAL
13.1 Each provision of these Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.

14 ENTIRE AGREEMENT

15 LAW
